Everybody has their preference when it comes to how their beef is cut and we want to help you fill your freezer with meat that you can enjoy all year round. Each order is gone over with you before the beef is processed to ensure you’re only getting the cuts you love. There are many options and we would love to help you customize your order.
Our animals spend their summers grazing pasture and then are finished on grain to ensure the best quality of beef possible. The beef is dry aged for 21 days to provide you with tender meat. A half beef will range between a hanging weight of 350-440lbs. And, depending on how you prefer your cuts, you will be getting an average of 190-300lbs of beef in your freezer. That would look something like - 135lbs of ground beef, 47lbs of assorted steaks, 40lbs of roasts, 10lbs of stew beef. Some other options are smokies, pepperoni, jerky, garlic sausage, and more!
$5.25/pound hanging weight plus butcher fees (~$1/lb) when you pick up your processed beef at the inspected butcher. We understand that this can add up to a large sum to be paid up front and can be overwhelming, if you'd like to spread the purchase price out over the year ask us about our payment plans.
